Casper began his career in Shanghai, joining an international wealth management firm before being invited to a FTSE 100 institution. He later worked with a boutique hedge fund, deepening his expertise in global markets and alternative investment strategies. In 2018, he founded Renascence Capital with a vision to provide discerning international clients with a more personal, independent alternative to traditional wealth management and institutional private banking.
As Managing Partner, Casper guides the firm’s strategic direction and oversees its investment and cross-border estate advisory practices. He advises a limited number of international clients, providing discreet counsel across wealth structuring, intergenerational planning, and global portfolio management. His approach blends institutional discipline with the flexibility and personal attention of a private office.
Casper holds Level 4 qualifications in Advanced Wealth Management from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and the Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Cross-Border Estates from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also a Registered Representative and Investment Adviser in the United States, holding the FINRA Series 65 licence.
Educated at Loughborough University (BA) and The London School of Economics and Political Science (MSc), Casper possesses advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and divides his time between Shanghai, Bangkok and London.
