Lawrence holds level 4 qualifications in Advanced Wealth Management with the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (UK), compliant with the European Securities and Markets Authority. He is also a member of the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership.
After graduating with a Master's degree from Edinburgh University, Lawrence spent his career with a large independent wealth manager in Shanghai, quickly rising through the ranks to become the groups Area Manager, managing a large team of advisers and establishing himself as one of the leading pension specialists in China.
In 2019, Lawrence joined Renascence and co-heads the UK Pension Advisory team whilst managing private clients across Asia.
Lawrence is also responsible for providing specialist technical support for the company and training staff to meet our high standards.
